Job summary

Juniper is growing in Florida and seeks Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance teams. You will perform on-site work and lead other crew members to deliver safe, high-quality landscapes for our clients across the Southeast.

As a full-time Crew Leader, you will oversee mowing or pruning crews, maintain production schedules, train teammates, and ensure hours are recorded accurately while keeping everyone safe in outdoor conditions in West Palm Beach, FL.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; MVR check preferred.
• Landscaping experience with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crew
• Maintaining production schedules and ensuring service expectations are met
• Assisting with training and development of crew members
• Daily time-keeping of work hours on jobsites for crew members
• Ensuring all crew members perform their work in a safe manner
• Ensuring equipment is in working order and properly maintained
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties

Skills
