Job summary

Crew Leader (Lawn Maintenance) at Yardnique, Inc. in Lake Park, FL is a full-time role guiding a landscaping crew to complete contracted maintenance on schedule and to safety standards.

You will operate mowers and tools, edge hardscapes and beds, and apply fertilizers as needed while reporting time and maintaining professional conduct. Reports to the Account Manager; started at 6:30 am, with Monday–Friday hours and occasional weekends/overtime.

Qualifications

• Proficient in landscape maintenance tools and techniques.
• Strong safety awareness and integrity.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Minimum 3 years landscaping or related experience.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisory instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance per contract requirements and supervisor instructions.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Operate ride-on, walk-behind and push mowers, edgers, trimmers, pruning tools, blowers, and other equipment.
• Mow, edge, weed beds, and maintain plant material as directed.
• Apply fertilizers and pest control techniques as appropriate.
• Report time worked accurately and interact professionally with crew and supervisors.
