Job summary

Lion Group Services, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to lead on-site landscape maintenance crews across multiple commercial properties in the Greater Raleigh area.

The role requires hands-on supervision, coordination of daily routes, safety adherence, and coordination with Project Managers to ensure contract specifications are met. The Foreman will oversee turf care, pruning, weed control, bed care, and property cleanup, while maintaining strong communication, documentation, and team

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• Strong knowledge of landscape equipment operation and safety practices.
• Ability to read route sheets and work orders.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor crew members while performing daily maintenance work.
• Communicate route assignments, expectations, safety guidelines, and priorities.
• Oversee mowing, edging, pruning, weed management, mulching, turf care, and seasonal cleanups per contract specs.
• Monitor production, labor efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Complete daily documentation including time tracking and property updates using management software.
