Job summary

Juniper is seeking Driver Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Lead jobsites and supervise crew members to deliver safe, high-quality landscapes for our clients.

These roles may oversee mowing crews or pruning/detail crews, or a combination of landscape operations. Juniper offers growth opportunities and robust benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO plans.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required.
• Landscaping experience with prior supervisory experience required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Able to work outside in extreme temperatures.
• Able to bend, stoop and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crew.
• Maintaining production schedules and ensuring maintenance service expectations are met.
• Assisting with training and development of crew members.
• Daily time-keeping of work hours on jobsites for crew members.
• Ensuring all crew members perform their work in a safe manner.
• Ensuring equipment is in working order and properly maintained.
• Using hand tools, power equipment and/or machinery to perform landscape duties.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
