Job summary

Juniper is growing! We are seeking Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Juniper's Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders may oversee mowing crews or landscape pruning/detail crews, or a combination of these landscape operations. Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company serving the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Landscaping and prior supervisory experience required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crews.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure service expectations are met.
• Assist with training and development of crew members.
• Daily time-keeping of work hours on jobsites for crew members.
• Ensure all crew members perform their work safely.
• Ensure equipment is in working order and properly maintained.
• Use hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
