Job summary

Onni Properties LLC is seeking a Lead Landscaper to manage a small crew across multiple properties. You will prioritize projects, assign routes, and participate hands-on in lawn and landscaping tasks along with irrigation repairs.

The role requires 1–3 years leading a landscaping team, a valid driver's license, and irrigation/gardening expertise. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, and housing discounts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years leading a landscaping team.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Irrigation system diagnosis and repair experience.
• English fluency; Spanish a plus.
• Irrigation certification preferred.
• Pesticide/herbicide license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2–3 landscaping technicians across properties.
• Prioritize projects and assign daily tasks.
• Hands-on execution of landscape tasks and irrigation repairs.
• Train and mentor crew; monitor performance.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE.
• Prepare field reports and job directions.
• Document expenses and procure materials.
