Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Rio Verde, AZ is seeking a mid-level Landscape Foreman to oversee maintenance of all landscaped areas and hardscapes within Trilogy Verde River community.

This full-time role reports to the Superintendent, supervises crew members, ensures safety, and maintains plant health while coordinating daily tasks and overtime during events.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of landscape maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to manage irrigation and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years’ experience with landscape maintenance and supervisory experience preferred.
• Document knowledge of landscape maintenance with references and work history.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must know trimming and pruning practices to SLM standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate core values and mission to support company goals.
• Identify plants and monitor health.
• Perform upkeep and manicuring of landscaped areas and hardscapes.
• Supervise crew members and provide feedback.
• Ensure safe work practices and proper PPE usage.
• Complete daily and weekly work logs and reports.
• Coordinate tasks with supervisor and prepare next day’s tasks.
