Job summary

PROCARE Landscape Management Inc. is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman (Hardscape) to lead installation teams on patios, lighting, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens. You will ensure work meets design specs, is on time, and within budget.

This role requires 2 years of foreman experience in Green Industry, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate clearly with the Operations Manager. Competitive hourly pay, overtime, health insurance, and a 401K plan are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of foreman experience in Green Industry or leadership role
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Great character, quiet confidence, eagerness to learn
• Physical requirements: must be able to lift and work in various weather conditions
• Chauffeur's License with clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees to execute landscape installations on schedule and within scope
• Oversee installation of patios, lighting, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and commercial projects
• Track profitability with the Operations Manager to ensure project margins
• Ensure safety and uphold PROCARE standards on every job
• Clearly communicate scope and expectations to the team and Operations Manager
