GroundSystems is seeking a hands-on Enhancement Crew Leader to manage and mentor a landscaping crew in Tri-County, Ohio. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, and train crew members while performing tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and leadership growth, with year-round full-time employment and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required).
• At least 20 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations
