Job summary

GroundSystems in Dayton, OH is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader to guide a small landscaping crew on daily projects. This hands-on leadership role blends fieldwork with training, ensuring high-quality work and safety across enhancement projects.

You will oversee 1–4 crew members, train and supervise, and maintain project standards while operating equipment and performing groundskeeping tasks in all weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (CDL not required).
• Able to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations.
• Ensuring quality control and project standards.
• Training and supervising crew members.
• Mowing, pruning, planting, and groundskeeping tasks.
• Perennial bed maintenance and equipment operation.
• Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite.
