Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising a crew of 3–5 on landscape projects.
• Experience with irrigation, planting, hardscape, and mulch installations.
• Ability to read irrigation, hardscape, and planting blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 3–5 enhancement laborers on landscape projects.
• Oversee project execution ensuring timely, high-quality planting, irrigation, hardscape, and mulch installations.
• Enforce safety, quality control, and company policies on job sites.
• Train crew in techniques and safe equipment operation.
• Assist with material ordering, job site evaluations, and planning with management.
• Identify additional work opportunities based on site conditions and client needs.
