Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking experienced Crew Leaders for our Enhancement division to oversee all aspects of a crew from start to finish in the field.

You will supervise Enhancement activities, ensure safety, provide training and tools, complete daily pre-trip inspections, and coordinate with branch management, customers and staff. Masonry/flat work experience is a plus. Benefits include weekly pay and a strong safety program.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience managing a crew providing landscaping installation or related services.
• Reliability in transportation to the branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Enhancement activities of the crew, ensuring safety, training and tools are provided.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Use Install tools and operate heavy equipment as needed; safely drive crews to and from jobs.
• Maintain safety policies and ensure the public is safe around crews.
• Candidates with masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls experience are desired.
