Job summary

BrightView Landscape Services is seeking a Crew Leader to guide a 2-5 person crew across maintenance, installation, and related services. You will assign tasks, monitor safety, and ensure quality while coordinating with the Production Manager to meet schedules.

You’ll be responsible for training crew members, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate time logs, all while upholding BrightView's standards and safety policies on every job site.

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience in a landscape-related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew members.
• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Identify more efficient ways to perform work.
• Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and assist in resolving them.
• Provide feedback on crew members and assist in training.
• Ensure crew safety and that equipment is properly maintained.
