Job summary

Green Impressions, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader in Ohio to supervise a 2–3 person crew while performing hands-on landscape maintenance and construction tasks. You will organize daily work, train the crew, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on projects, including snow operations outside normal hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience or education demonstrating the ability to perform landscape maintenance work.
• Prior supervisory experience, including giving instructions and training team members.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment, tools, materials, and supplies, including safe operating practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support a crew of 2–3 team members on landscape maintenance and construction projects.
• Work alongside your crew on trimming, site preparation, debris removal, and other landscape tasks using hand and power tools.
• Coordinate daily schedules, equipment, and material needs with management and sales teams.
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget by tracking material costs, verifying crew time sheets, and communicating daily job progress.
• Check work for quality, follow and enforce safety procedures, and ensure incidents are reported according to company protocols.
