Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a Crew Leader Driver to oversee day-to-day operations on client sites, directing 2-5 team members and ensuring tasks are completed safely and to BrightView standards.

You will manage equipment, log time, train crew, and coordinate with the Operations Manager while performing responsibilities across landscape maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal work in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and prior experience operating various vehicles.
• Prior snow plowing experience is required.
• Experience leading a crew is highly desirable.
• BrightView Equipment certifications and landscape-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites while meeting schedules and expectations.
• Elevate customer problems to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Assist in resolving customer service issues when needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely per company policies.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks.
• Provide feedback and train crew members.
• Monitor equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Accurately log crew time through electronic time capture.
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
• Perform EDVIR inspections on assigned vehicles.
