Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations on client sites, supervising a 2–5 person crew. You will ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView’s quality standards, coordinating with the Operations Manager and delivering services across multiple service lines.

The role requires leadership experience in a landscape setting and a valid driver license, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications are required.
• Experience in a landscape-related field is required.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers is important.
• Valid Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Operations Manager.
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Deliver services as specified on client sites.
