Ruppert Landscape Co. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial landscape installation projects from start to finish. You will coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material procurement while ensuring on-schedule delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires strong communication, cost management, and the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications to meet quality and safety standards on diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Safety-first mindset and adherence to safety regulations.
• Degree in construction-related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and best practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams through effective communication and delegation.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction drawings with specs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple scopes and trades within projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial landscape installation projects from startup to completion.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material procurement.
• Oversee project costs, budgeting, and monthly billing and financial closeout.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and cost management to meet gross profit targets.
• Interpret blueprints and contract documents to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare estimates, bids, change orders, and project documentation.
