Responsibilities

• Manage landscape architecture and site development projects from kickoff through completion.
• Develop site design concepts, planting plans, and hardscape layouts.
• Design outdoor amenity spaces such as plazas and streetscapes.
• Oversee construction details, specs, and project documentation.
• Develop renderings and 3D visualizations for proposals.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, planners, and consultants.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communication.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain relationships.
• Ensure compliance with codes, permitting, and standards.
• Provide mentorship and quality control to junior team members.
