Job summary

International Erosion Control Association on Long Island seeks an experienced Landscape Architect to join a growing team in Patchogue. You will own projects through the full design process, collaborating with in-house architects and engineers, and have opportunities to work directly with clients while mentoring junior designers.

The role emphasizes public and community-focused projects across Long Island, with a strong foundation in landscape design, stormwater, and sustainability.

Qualifications

Background in Landscape Architecture with design and technical delivery experience.
Comfort with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp is a plus.
Experience on public realm, education, municipal, parks, or recreation projects.

Responsibilities

Lead projects through full lifecycle from concepts to construction documents.
Collaborate with in-house Landscape Architects, Architects and Engineers.
Take greater project responsibility and mentor junior designers.
Work directly with clients to develop and deliver design solutions.
