Job summary

HUNT in Towanda, PA is seeking a Landscape Architect and Project Manager to lead interdisciplinary teams delivering comprehensive spatial planning and site design solutions across K-12, municipal, higher education, and public spaces.

You will manage design from concept through construction, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and mentor landscape designers under the guidance of the Managing Landscape Architect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or related field.
• Licensed Landscape Architect in NY or PA, or licensure via reciprocity.
• Min 5 years of landscape architecture, with at least 2 years in PM.
• PM skills: client coordination, budgeting, scheduling, team leadership.
• Strong tech: AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and grading.
• Planting design, cost estimating, specs, and writing.
• Construction administration knowledge.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lumion, SketchUp, ESRI a plus.
• Experience in athletic facility or related site development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver spatial planning and site design.
• Manage design from concept through construction with stakeholders.
• Oversee workload distribution to landscape designers and collaborate with the Managing Landscape Architect.
• Foster growth and advancement within the landscape architecture team.
