Qualifications

• Alabama PLS license, active or eligible for reactivation.
• Experience signing and stamping survey deliverables.
• Construction and site surveying know-how.
• Interest in eventually owning a business.
• Carlson Survey a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead two field crews and two survey drafters.
• Review field data, calculations, and drawings for accuracy.
• Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction work.
• Sign and stamp final survey drawings.
• Deliver finished work to clients.
• Help run and grow the business.
