Qualifications

• 5–10 years professional experience in land surveying; infill residential or small-lot work strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s surveying functions for residential construction.
• Produce boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys.
• Oversee supplemental work by contract survey crews.

Skills

Active California PLS license

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

Experience in land surveying
