Job summary

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact. The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and 8+ years of civil engineering experience with a strong land development background.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from entitlement through design and construction documentation.

• Lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers and design staff.
• Perform QA/QC reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
