LGI Homes in the Orlando area is seeking a Land Development Manager to support multi-million-dollar development projects by developing residential lots and coordinating bids. The role involves visiting sites weekly, managing contractors through all stages, performing final walks with jurisdictions, and working with utility companies to ensure timely completion.

A valid driver's license is required and 5+ years of land development experience preferred.

• At least 5+ years of land development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-million-dollar development deals by developing residential lots and coordinating bids.
• Solicit and analyze bids from contractors and prepare contracts for execution.
• Visit development sites weekly and manage contractors through all stages of development.
• Coordinate final site walks with local jurisdictions for street, water/sewer acceptance and bond release.
• Liaise with dry utility companies to schedule and monitor utilities through completion.
• Occasional travel may be required.
