Job summary

Commercial Metals Company (CMC) seeks a supervisor to support daily operations in our facilities. You will oversee teams, ensure safety standards, and maintain efficient workflows on site in a manufacturing environment.

Your focus will be on attention to detail and driving cost reductions through disciplined processes. The role values 1+ years of supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supervisory experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Leads when required, but able to work with coworkers and supervisors in other departments to achieve goals.
• Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing.
