Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous laboratory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff or 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Work in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-of-shift and safety checklists.
• Train new and existing lab personnel.
• Direct and plan lab employee workflow.
• Inspect, maintain and repair laboratory equipment.
• Monitor and facilitate daily production.
• Perform daily routine lab analyses.
• Observe instrumentation to determine operating conditions.
