Job summary

Emanate Health is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to plan and organize workflow under the Director and Medical Director. You will provide technical expertise, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across the laboratory section of responsibility, performing all lab testing tasks for the designated campus.

Requires 3–5 years of CLS experience, 2 years supervisory experience preferred, and a current California CLS license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CLS experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Current California CLS license; grace period allowed for renewals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize workflow for the designated campus.
• Provide technical expertise in the Laboratory.
• Supervise personnel and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Perform all functions of Lab Testing for the area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
