Job summary

CAMRIS International seeks a Lead Systems Specialist to support the Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF) at WRAIR in Silver Spring, MD. The role blends GMP-compliant data integrity with automation across laboratories and manufacturing processes.

You will lead system design, FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ activities, manage LabVantage and data back-up protocols, and collaborate with QA, IT, and bench teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, chemistry or biology.
• Understanding of GMP manufacturing, data integrity and GxP standards.
• 5+ years in R&D, MSAT or GMP with enterprise software or lab informatics.

Responsibilities

• Lead data integrity tasks: testing workflows, user access, automation schedules.
• Bridge bench scientists, QA, and IT infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, operators and vendors to improve automation and efficiency.
• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize automation and control systems (PLCs, interfaces).
• Lead system design, installation, qualification, and lifecycle management.
