You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized behavior change plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families, caregivers and school staff.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to excellence in applied behavioral analysis.
• Current BCaBA certificate or Licensed LABA license (or ability to apply).
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques.
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
