Job summary

The position requires a NAACLS MLS/CLS credential or equivalent education, plus a minimum of three years of relevant experience and an active MLT/MT/ASCP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with NAACLS MLS/CLS program, or related science degree, or NAACLS MLT program.
• 3 years relevant experience.
• License/Certification: MLT, MT or ASCP categorization, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate laboratory facilities for research, teaching, or clinical support.
• Maintain lab functionality and equipment, ensuring safety protocols and quality control.
• Support testing processes and experimental activities across clinical and research settings.
