Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry or similar discipline.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical lab and GMP manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing lab ops and lab data systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for design, startup and execution of TS/MS lab.
• Develop laboratory data management strategy and SOPs.
• Oversee equipment configuration and procurement for startup.
• Mentor laboratory scientists and lead investigations for production operations.
• Collaborate with QA and Lilly sites to meet startup objectives.
