Job summary

You will lead end-to-end Lab IT projects, coordinate with laboratory scientists, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery while maintaining audit

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience managing Lab IT projects in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Lab IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage implementation, upgrades, migration, and lifecycle management of laboratory systems and benchtop instruments.
• Coordinate with laboratory operations, QA, validation, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting.
• Ensure all project activities comply with GxP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and company quality standards.
• Work with vendors and internal teams for deployment, integration, and support of laboratory technologies.
• Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Oversee system validation activities including IQ, OQ, PQ, and CSV documentation.
• Support laboratory digital transformation initiatives and infrastructure modernization.
• Ensure proper change control, documentation, and audit readiness.
