Job summary

Qualifications

• Full‑stack software development for lab automation platforms.
• Experience with instrument integration, APIs, databases, and networking.
• Knowledge of lab workflows in pharma/biotech environments.
• Experience with REST APIs and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with laboratory informatics systems (LIMS/ELN/SDMS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software for lab automation systems.
• Program and integrate laboratory instruments, liquid handlers, robotic workcells, and peripherals.
• Develop instrument control software, APIs, drivers, and workflows.
• Create automated data collection, processing, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with scientists to translate requirements into automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and communications issues on automated equipment.
• Integrate automation platforms with LIMS, ELN, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Document software validation and user guides.
