Responsibilities

1. Oversee phlebotomy and specimen processing services.
2. Serve as the technical expert in phlebotomy and specimen collection.
3. Coordinate phlebotomy and lab assistant activities to ensure timely, safe, and efficient specimen collection and processing according to established protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of phlebotomy and/or lab processing experience.
• Knowledge of venipuncture/phlebotomy required.
• Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA, or equivalent preferred.
• Hospital experience preferred.
