Job summary

ScaleOps, a leader in autonomous cloud infrastructure, is seeking an experienced software engineer to join a team building a Kubernetes-based platform. You will write production Go code and deepen your expertise in container technologies and cloud-native architectures.

You will own meaningful projects, collaborate with top engineers, and help scale ScaleOps’ core product while delivering high-performance, reliable systems for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building complex, technically demanding, large-scale systems.
• Significant experience developing cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, including containers and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with Go, backend systems, distributed systems, infrastructure, or related technologies.
• A degree in Computer Science from a leading academic institution or relevant experience as a Software Engineer in an IDF technological unit.
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and solving hard technical problems with others to build a world-class product.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of top-tier engineers building ScaleOps’ core product offering.
• Build a world-class Kubernetes resource management platform that improves the productivity of DevOps teams around the world.
• Develop deep expertise in Kubernetes, container technologies, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Write significant production code in Go and gain deep familiarity with Kubernetes internals.
• Work with technologies such as Istio, Helm, Prometheus, container orchestration, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications.
• Tackle complex engineering challenges and help drive innovation in Kubernetes optimization.
• Take ownership of meaningful technical projects with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
• Collaborate with skilled engineers in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
