• Lead architecture reviews and drive projects to impact.
• Coach junior engineers and guide delivery across teams.
• Collaborate with feature teams to leverage microservices and containers.
• Review designs for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Hands-on involvement in shaping DevOps and CI/CD practices.
