Job summary

Appian is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for its Foundational Infrastructure Group in McLean, VA. You will re-architect the platform on public clouds to enable frequent, high-impact changes, while ensuring highly available and scalable infrastructure for a global, agile development team.

You’ll work with microservices, containerization, and IaC to drive secure, automated deployment and delivery. In-office presence 5 days a week is expected to foster collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, building and architecting software in enterprise SaaS/PAAS
