Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House seeks a seasoned kitchen leader to oversee a high-quality, profitable kitchen operation at our Maryland locations. The role emphasizes maintaining top food quality, safety standards, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

The ideal candidate brings 4–5 years of management experience in full-service or fine dining, plus culinary credentials; Servsafe or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant, fine dining preferred.
• Extensive experience cooking in and leading a high-volume upscale concept restaurant.
• Formal culinary training is a plus.
• Formal business education is a plus.
• Servsafe or Food Handler certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
