Job summary

Kitchen Tune Up Buffalo NY is seeking a Lead Installer for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling in Maryland. You will lead on-site installations, ensure work is completed to company standards, and serve as the primary installer on the project.

You will take precise measurements, read plans, coordinate with the Field Supervisor and Project Manager, maintain clean job sites, and deliver quality craftsmanship with reliability.

Position Overview

• Lead installation for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
• Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards
• Serve as the primary installer and on-site point of execution

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and lead installation of cabinetry, trim, and finish work
• Accurately measure job sites for cabinets, materials, and layouts
• Interpret plans, drawings, and the scope of work
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Coordinate with the Field Supervisor and the Project Manager
• Identify and communicate issues early to avoid delays
• Document progress using company tools and software

Measurement & Technical Skills (Critical)

• Ability to take precise field measurements for kitchens and bathrooms
• Understand layout, spacing, and fit for cabinetry and finishes
• Identify potential measurement conflicts before installation
• Ensure accuracy to prevent rework and delays
