Responsibilities

• Lead installation for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
• Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Serve as the primary installer and on-site point of execution.
• Perform and lead installation of cabinetry, trim, and finish work.
• Accurately measure job sites for cabinets, materials, and layouts.
• Interpret plans, drawings, and the scope of work.
• Coordinate with the Field Supervisor and the Project Manager.
• Identify and communicate issues early to avoid delays.

Position Overview

• Lead installation for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects


• Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards


• Serve as the primary installer and on-site point of execution

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and lead installation of cabinetry, trim, and finish work


• Accurately measure job sites for cabinets, materials, and layouts


• Interpret plans, drawings, and the scope of work


• Ensure all installations meet quality standards


• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites


• Coordinate with the Field Supervisor and the Project Manager


• Identify and communicate issues early to avoid delays


• Document progress using company tools and software

Measurement & Technical Skills (Critical)

• Ability to take precise field measurements for kitchens and bathrooms


• Understand layout, spacing, and fit for cabinetry and finishes


• Identify potential measurement conflicts before installation


• Ensure accuracy to prevent rework and delays
