Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking an experienced Kitchen Sanitation Supervisor to oversee commercial kitchen cleaning operations across multiple locations in the Honolulu area. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising and training teams, scheduling, maintaining supplies and equipment, and ensuring safety, quality, and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory or facilities-management experience in commercial cleaning/janitorial.
• Two years of commercial kitchen cleaning experience.
• Experience managing employees and operations across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills including email and electronic records.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support kitchen cleaning crews across multiple locations.
• Schedule, train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance expectations.
• Ensure all cleaning services are completed safely and contract-specifically.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and quality-control inspections with team members.
• Inspect maintenance closets, equipment, and supplies for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and management.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests via email or phone.
• Attend client meetings, training sessions, and facility walkthroughs.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering of supplies/equipment.
• Maintain reports, records, and operational documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements to procedures and workflow.
• Coordinate and complete special projects as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
