Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates kitchen, food production and service associates.
• Supervises cooks and hourly kitchen staff, interviews, schedules and conducts training.
• Prepares high-quality food items from standardized recipes to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Maintains sanitation, proper temperatures, portion control and presentation.
• Manages inventory by tracking usage and requisitioning ingredients and supplies.
• Inspects received products for quality and quantity and ensures proper inventory.
• Keeps workstation and equipment clean and safe, supports recipe and menu development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
