Kitchen Tune-Up Brooklyn North in New York City is seeking a skilled Lead Cabinet Installer and Finish Carpenter to deliver complete residential kitchen installations from layout to punch-list.

This lead role requires at least three years of cabinet installation experience, strong finish carpentry skills, and the ability to read plans. We offer year-round work, on-site projects in Brooklyn and Manhattan, and room to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional kitchen cabinet installation experience.
• Strong finish-carpentry and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read cabinet plans, elevations, and installation drawings.

Responsibilities

• Independently install complete residential kitchens from plans and elevations.
• Install framed and frameless cabinetry and ensure level/alignment.
• Lead helper or second installer when assigned and manage job-site cleanliness.
• Communicate progress and material needs to project coordinator.
• Complete final adjustments and punch-list to a high standard.
