You will install cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, and read blueprints, coordinating with clients and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule. Training junior installers, maintaining tools, and safety on site are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remodeling crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation teams during kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
• Install cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, and other remodeling components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate installations.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensure job sites are maintained safely and efficiently, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues promptly.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory necessary for remodeling projects.
• Provide training and guidance to junior installers and team members.
