Kitchen Tune-Up seeks an experienced Lead Installer in Olney, MD to manage installations with confidence after onboarding. This leadership role demands precision in cabinet, tile, and carpentry work, while guiding a crew to deliver high-quality results on every project.

You’ll train installers, troubleshoot site issues, and maintain tool/material organization, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of installation or carpentry experience in interior home remodeling.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage projects with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen remodeling projects, including cabinet installation, refacing, and finishing.
• Lead bathroom remodeling projects, including waterproofing and tile work.
• Mentor installers to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Manage daily jobsite setup, workflow, and completion.
• Communicate with clients to ensure total satisfaction.
