Cabinet IQ in Columbus, OH is seeking an Experienced Sales Designer to guide clients through kitchen and bath design from first meeting to installation. You will combine design expertise with strong sales skills to deliver tailored solutions in a fast-paced showroom.

This role requires 5+ years in kitchen design, proficiency with 2020 Design, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while building relationships with builders and remodelers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required.
• Proficient in Design Flex / Design 2020 Software.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Solid math and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Energetic, dependable, and positive 'can-do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments).
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.
