Job Description
For the 2022-2023 school year, KIPP Imani launched with Kindergarten and will serve grades K-5 in the future. The founding team includes Grade-Level teachers, Diverse Learning teachers, Paraprofessionals, and Elective Teachers, supported by operations and student support teams.
Lead Kindergarten Teachers understand the importance of foundational skills. They are expected to create conditions for KIPPsters to exit Kindergarten reading, ensuring instructional excellence and strong classroom culture. Teachers share classrooms with Co-Teachers to maximize individualized attention, especially at this critical grade.
