Established in 1972, WSMC is a magical place offering a child-centered Waldorf education from preschool through 8th grade, as well as a year-round parent-toddler program. Our charming three-acre campus is adorned with oak groves, gardens, and playgrounds where young hands, hearts, and minds flourish.

Position: Kindergarten Lead Teacher

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

1. Lesson planning
2. Parent engagement
3. Maintaining classroom organization
4. Participating in school events

Requirements:

1. Waldorf teacher training
2. Prior teaching experience
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
4. Commitment to Waldorf pedagogy

Salary: $45K - $54K DOE.
