Job summary

Grease Monkey International in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking a dependable Key Holder to join our Quick Oil Change team. You will open and close the service center, support daily operations, and ensure customers receive efficient, friendly service.

Basic automotive knowledge and leadership potential are preferred. Responsibilities include securing the location, guiding the team, performing oil changes and inspections, maintaining supplies, and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a service or retail environment is preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must pass company background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Assist in leading the team during daily operations and ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in service bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
