Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be in the process of obtaining or have attained a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to perform duties.
• Knowledge of proper animal restraint techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care to boarding pets and hospitalized patients according to schedule.
• Manage admissions and discharges, with accurate documentation.
• Monitor patient health and report signs of stress or illness to medical team.
• Administer medications and flea/tick control as directed.
• Maintain a clean environment by cleaning cages and facilities.
• Provide TLC playtimes, walks, or baths as requested.
